introduction | disperse red 135 is an azo disperse dye. its foreign trade name is Disperse Scarlet BRE, Miketon Polyester Scarlet BR- SF, Palanil Scarlet BRE(BASF), Sumikaron Red S- GGI. It can be used for dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, suitable for carrier method, high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt method, and can also be used for printing of polyester, vinegar fiber and triacetate fiber, and resistant to permanent press and ironing. The dye has bright color and good levelness. Its fastness, especially sublimation fastness and washing fastness, is better than the commonly used disperse red S-BWFL(CI disperse red 74) and disperse red 3B(C. I disperse red 60). It is a good new disperse dye variety. |
preparation method | add 150 ml of human water to a 2000ml three-mouth flask with a stirring device, add 110g of human (phenolphthalamide-N, N-diacetoxyethyl) aniline under stirring, add ice to cool to 0 ℃, add human concentrated sulfuric acid to dissolve it completely, drop human diazonium salt within 1 to 2 hours, and carry out coupling reaction, the end point of the coupling reaction was determined by the seepage ring method, the coupling components were kept slightly excessive, the temperature was kept at 0 ℃ to 5 ℃ for 10 to 12 hours, the water was added and heated to 45 ℃ to 50 ℃, and the pressure was carried out. During the pressure filtration process, the pressure was first washed with hot water, and then washed with cold water to pH 6-7. 144.3g of the original dye was dried with a yield of 82 . 3% and a strength of about 460%. |
application | dispersed red BRE is mainly used for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics, and is suitable for dyeing by carrier method, high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt method. Dye polyester to yellow and red. It can also be used for printing polyester, acetate, triacetate and nylon fabrics. Bright color, good levelness, and excellent dyeing fastness. |
Production method | Using p-nitroaniline and m (benzoylamino-N,N-diacetoxyethyl) aniline as raw materials, the former is first diazotized, and then coupled with the latter to obtain the product. The finished product is filtered, crushed and dried.. Add 54g of hydrochloric acid (30%) and 30mL of water into the diazotization reaction bottle, stir and raise the temperature to 60-65 ℃, add 69g of p-nitroaniline to dissolve it. Then cool to 30-40 ℃, add additives: 5g PC powder and 10g TX-10, continue to cool to 0-5 ℃, add 8g sodium nitrite dropwise, and finish at 1-1.5h. Continue stirring for 2.5h to obtain diazonium solution. Add 150mL of water and 110g of aniline (benzoylamino-N,N-diacetoxyethyl) aniline to the coupling reaction flask, cool to 0 ℃, add concentrated H2SO4 to dissolve it, then add the above diazo solution dropwise, add it within 1-2h, and continue stirring for 10-12h. Replenish water, raise the temperature to 45-50 ℃, filter, wash and dry to obtain the finished product. |
